BUILDING DREAMS TOGETHER

 I come from a family of six generations of carpenters/craftsmen and fine tradesmen. I was raised in the world of homebuilding and started on union construction projects during summer breaks while in grade school. My best mentors were true craftsmen who moved to the US after WWII. I cut my teeth during those years with two remarkable and patient men that taught the art of old world craftsmanship. Before my senior year in high school, I received my journeyman's card in the carpenter's union which propelled me to a union foreman position by the age 19. Over the years I have worked on 200 plus single family and multi family homes in the greater Bay Area with the majority in Marin County.

 I started my own General Construction Company in 1983 as the owner of Genesis Construction. Since then,  I've contracted or sub-contracted many elegant and unique custom homes. I have also designed and built a few spec homes. 

 During the last ten years I have primarily contracted the project management and site supervision of custom homes up to $25 million. My ease of communication between general contractors, homeowners, design teams, engineering teams and local building and planning departments, falls on the expertise I've learned over 50 years in the trade.

 I've been fortunate to experience the highs and lows over the years of an incredible journey of providing the not only the building but the meaning of the word "home" to many wonderful people.
